Great neighbors, quiet but manager is totally unreliable and very lazy. Can never get ahold of the owner there is 0 listing to reach him so if you have a major issue you have to hire a lawyer. I pray you don't want running water. The water is constantly off or if it is running it is at a trickle this means no cooking, no showers, no laundry, no toilets, nothing that takes water.
