My daughter and grandson live here now. Clean, kept up. Regular maintenance, management easily available through week.

My sister lives here and every time I come visit her upstairs neighbors are having a party till 4am! I doubt they even sleep bc the next morning they were still awake! Her other upstairs neighbor is constantly fighting with her bf and busts out windows and car windows but it seems like the manager doesn't give two s@ts about what it going on. This place is trashy and has trashy people living here.... I wouldn't reccomend living here.

There was standing water in my bathroom floor that smelt like sewage and I called the landlord, she sent the maintenance man out and he cleaned it up and said there wasn’t anything wrong and to call the office if it happened again. About a week later I noticed my daughters closet was soaked. All the stuff on the floor in her closet had to be thrown away because it got destroyed and had mold on it. We left because it isn’t safe to have a toddler ( she’s 1 ) there and not to mention I’m 9 months pregnant ( my c section is scheduled in 2 weeks ) the landlord told me that I can stay in the apartment but i would have to ‘ work around the fans ‘ they have laying out as an attempt to dry the carpet. They told me they would replace the carpet in my daughters closet but it would take them a week or 2 before it got done. I went back to the apartment on a Saturday to check on the place and see if they had made any progress and there were keys in my door,( which my neighbor told had been there all day ), door was unlocked but no other sign of progress in the apartment at all. It’s been a weekend now and nobody has been there to do anything about it. If I could give this place a lower rating, I would.

Not a bad place to live. Except for upstairs neighbors who are loud. Drunk alot throwing up on stairs has a dog in the apt but thats just above me. Others neighbors are reasonably quiet.
