I rented an apartment here for my summer internship in Wichita and I’m truly impressed with both the rates, quality, and service I have received. The apartment was very clean and in great shape when I moved it! They have a great, clean pool available. The rates are great and they didn’t break the bank for the few months I was here. The service I received from management was top notch and probably the best part about the time I spent here. Anyone looking for a place to live on the north side of Wichita I highly recommend paying this place a visit.

The playground really needs work. The basketball goal the last time i was there was broken. But overall it was a nice place to live with nice people. The parties were sub par at best but it was the thought that counted. Good place to live though. It’s a cheap place to live too

It's a ok place. Its kinda nice the maintenance is pretty quick on getting things taken care of. Salt water pool (not chlorine) is fairly ok. Although! They leave notices on your door seems like every day. Most of them complain about children. (One of which claims they're not allowed to use the park! Or ride bikes! Or even play outside!) The manager is very nice! The maintenance is very nice!

there are stray cats out here dying and we cant help them because we're not allowed pets and if we help them we get evicted. i dont fancy seeing animals suffer.
