I brought in my 1992 Chevy G30 van in for a preliminary estimate on repairs to the front right fender, bumper, and lower valance. I was told by Jeff that the repairs COULD BE completed. The vehicle was left on a Monday, and I rented a car from enterprise for a weekly rate, all was well. The following day (Tuesday) a call was received from Jeff, stating that the vehicle COULD NOT BE repaired. As I inquired as to why this was the case, runaround answers were given. It was clear to me that there was no desire to complete this job, understanding this, I returned the rental immediately and returned again to pick up my vehicle. At this point, I was dissapointed that the preliminary estimate was not properly performed in order to provide customer satisfaction. NO PROBLEM, I found another shop willing to perform the repairs. My discrepancy is that I was put in a position to pay 60 for a rental car that WAS NOT NEEDED! When Jeff was confronted with this bill, he shrugged it off as no big deal and that I would be responsible for it. Still unsatisfied, I wrote a letter to the company giving them a chance to rectify the situation. With no response, at all, I have decided to write this review. I can understand that a job is more than it looks on the surface, but that is the purpose of a quality estimate. If Paint Solutions Auto Body INC. reimburses the cost of the rental car, I will be satisfied. UPDATE: 4/1/19 I have since been reimbursed the rental car fee and would return for another chance in the future.
Absolutely great work by Jeff! I'm extremely skeptical of any auto repair shops due to countless bad experiences in the past but this shop is not like those folks. Jeff gave me a great quote for work on my import car and not only did a great job but finished ahead of schedule. I was out on a work trip so my wife had to pick up my car while I was out of town. When she got there she called to ask me where the damage was so she could take a closer look. I just told her, \If you gotta call to ask me where the dings used to be... that should tell ya all you need to know.\ Just got my car detailed and my car looks like it just came off the lot. Will definitely be going back should I ever need work done again without hesitation . Thanks! Ed
