600 for a pair of glasses, the no line bifocals were way too high, they remade them for me, the bifocals are correct, but the right eye is a solid blur. When I went back, the lady said they would call me in a few days, because I reported the right eye is still blurred. You only have 30 days warranty, so I feel they are stretching it warranty is out without calling me back. Staff and Doctor were very nice, follow up is not. I just want to be able to see with my glasses, and not put them in a drawer, and not use them. This was my stimulus money, not well spent.

Dr. Patel and the staff were extremely accommodating and professional. Dr. Patel helped me work through a complicated medical issue with my eyes, and his staff were polite and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this doctor and this location.
My experience with Dr Jansen was exceptional. she help me figure out a really complex work , life, driving -contacts/glasses situation !! For the first time ever I feel confident in every aspect of my vision. I had great service from Justine at the desk, who is very helpful and knowledgeable .I highly recommend Dr.Jansen here at Pearle.
First time I was here and the last one, I need glasses I was here more then a week they tell me my glasses were going to be ready in a week , now is been almost 2 weeks I call to check on my glasses and tell me the is going to take another week to get them, really frustrated with this situation .
I needed a screw put into my glasses and Laura was so nice and helpful! Great customer service!
