Hello Mr. Pierce and his team! I sent these folks ONE (a sort of trial run) piece of restaurant equipment for them to sell on consignment and have been contacting them consistently over the past couple YEARS! I always get some sort of dismissive “we’ll call you back and let you know” response. I bought a PITCO pasta cooker at a restaurant auction and had some difficulty selling it in my area, so I contacted them for help because of their proximity to Chicago, and well, it’s what they do. Mr. Pierce was originally very helpful and assured me that we’d both be able to profit from a consignment deal. I agreed to the consignment terms, paid out of pocket to have the item packaged for delivery to Pierce Equipment, and have yet to hear back. That was in 2017 and I have all consignment agreements and shipping charges in my files. I sincerely recommend not to do business with these folks. To Mr. Pierce and his team, if you’d like to contact me directly and remedy this situation, I’ll be happy to remove this review. Also, no response within 30 days and I’ll review options to proceed with legal action. God bless!

These people are crooks. They lost a case my parents were involved with. However, they filed bankruptcy and reopened somehow. Near as I can figure they’ve been doing this for decades and scamming people out of their equipment under a consignment agreement the entire time. If you have a complaint, then reach out to me via my Yelp review and I’ll share what I can, and share the prosecutor’s contact information.
