Good place to get a Zero-Turn Mower, chainsaw, trimmer or have them serviced. I got my blades sharpened pretty cheap.

Took our mower for repair, waited two weeks and called. They could not find our mower. Three weeks later we were told wrong part was ordered. Ordered new part, then we were told part didn’t fit. Was told Hustler is an uncommon mower and hard to get parts for. Repeatedly requested to speak to the owner, she was always working at UPS, never called me. Was told they confused our paperwork with another Willett. Over 2 and a half months later they finally fixed it, we think. Do NOT recommend. The owner does NOT value customers!

I have never written a bad review on anyone, however, 5 weeks and 280.00 later, mower still does not run. Worse experience ever, we tried to support a local business but never again. Was told we could bring it back but would be charged more for anything else that has to be done to it.........we will not be going back there.
