For Black Friday I ordered a "bob wig". I thought it was a good price (100) and I was going to make my first wig. Almost 2 weeks passed and I finally received my email that my package was shipped. For two days he kept me informed where my package was going and stopped at the Baltimore post office from there I did not know more about my order, I wrote to the owner everywhere, I sent her a screenshot of the information and she saw my messages and it ignored. I felt robbed I just wanted my money back. I do not recommend this place.

The shop has nothing but good vibes. I love my hair easy to blend with my real hair & I have no problems with shedding. Currently have in a body wave but my favorite is the deep wave definitely had me looking great on vacation last summer.
This girl is so disrespectful and rude! She say one thing and do another. Please don’t patronize this business! She takes your money and the order the hair, she say you can pickup two to four days when you message her she ignores you, when you finally get her attention she’s rude and disrespectful! She’s been destroyed by someone and hasn’t let it go! It’s no way a business owner should be so rude to you when they have your money. Ugh! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HER!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess should read the reviews first on this business because everything was actually accurate on top of most of their ig followers being fake!!! Like the unprofessionalism and the product was the worst \u200d️\u200d️ like end up having go on Greenmount to 2 Urban Sister's to get another unit thank goodness they had units on hand and close!! Very unprofessional. She had a Black Friday sale during which I ordered a 28” wig from her. She said that it takes 14 days for orders to ship, which I understood. She sent out an email stating that usps is delayed and that if you ordered on Black Friday, you can come pick it up. I drove over an hour to her shop only for her employee to tell me that my order wasn’t there. The employee apologized and said that she would reach out to the shop owner and said that I should too. I dm’d her, emailed and texted for days with no response. I opened up a chargeback on my card because I felt that I had been scammed. But I still wanted to find out what happened. I finally started commenting on her pictures, and like magic she reached out to me. She called me on Instagram with a bad attitude, she never apologized or took responsibility. I ordered a 28” and she told me that she didn’t have those at the time. But why would you let me order that, and why wouldn’t you just communicate that. All she had to say was that she was too busy to give me my order and that it was my fault. I just couldn’t believe what I had to go through. Don’t order here, like others have said; you may or may not ever get the hair. SMH.
So I ordered my wig in late July or August. the app that she uses to track packages told me my stuff was coming from New York and that it was delivered to my house but it never was. the tracking numbers got mixed up with another package that I got so I called her and texted her (the owner) she was very rude and either didn’t respond to my messages or spoke to me and her coworker in her store in a very rude way literally hung up on the girl that worked for her as she was talking to her explaining my situation.So I basically got scammed out of 360 in July or August of this year and still have yet to receive my hair. the owner girl told me that I would receive a email and that I should disregard the app but I have received no email and it’s been 4 months now. I have severe anxiety and PTSD so dealing with people that are very hostile like that is very very dangerous for my health. I don’t even want to try contacting her again to even try to resolve it I guess I’ll have to dispute it with my bank and that’s my fault for waiting so long and not taking more direct action but I’m reading all of her reviews unfortunately after I purchased my hair and I’m seeing that this is a recurring issue. If you have anxiety don’t order from this person if you want your stuff to come see you in a timely manner don’t order from this person I should’ve known this was a scam when she asked for us to pay for the stuff with cash app but this was my first time ordering from her so I didn’t know. I’m not sure what I did wrong initially but I do know that I was spoken to in a very patronizing and demeaning way as well as her worker. You better off going to Allie express cause I have now most definitely learned my lesson the hard way.
