We rented a boat from this business about a week ago. Fantastic service and great boat. The owners were very helpful and great to work with. I am definitely looking forward to doing business with them again. Look no further for a great family owned and ran business!

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED, CALL COVE RESORT great people and great company! Poor communication and poor protocol for this company. We called all week for a boat no one answered or returned phone calls, the day of called 3 times the OWNER said that we would have the boat if we called back yesterday 7. At 7:02 no one answered and then again at 7:09 and they reserved it for someone else when we called everyday and they wrote down our name and number for 7PM. They claim that they’re new business owners and they don’t know what they’re doing and it obviously shows it.
Outstanding experience!! Jim and his staff were super friendly and helpful. We have them to thank for a truly special family experience. Thanks for everything, and we'll definitely see you all next year!
These folks are A customer service. Hometown friendly. Made our boat rent a hassle free and at a good price.
Rented from them last Tuesday amazing service had a blast on the lake boat was in great condition renting again next week money well spent renting from these guys
