I would like to leave less than one star but that is unfortunately not possible. I had a horrific experience at Covers by Marlin. It started off nice as I asked him to upholster something for me to fit a vintage motorcycle. I took him the piece and gave him full, detailed instructions on what to do. He agreed on the job, we agreed on a price (that I will admit seemed like a good price) we shook hands and I went on my way. Upon picking up the item it looked beautiful, however there was one issue, it didn't fit. He didn't do what we had talked about. Not even close. I called him to discuss this with him and he knew exactly what he did wrong. I took it back and he had some ideas on how to make it work. He didn't do any of them. He gave it back to me in worse shape than before with worse fitment. I went back to him a third time, this time met with hostility. He cursed at me, called me names, acted like a CHILD and refused to make it right. He wanted me to pay to have it done again which was completely unacceptable. DO NOT EVER take your business here. If he doesn't get it right, which is likely, you'll never get it fixed unless you want to pay for it again. Take my advice. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
