My son loves this place! Instructors are awesome with children and students. I love how they not only teach them self defense but gives the self confidence and wisdom to deal with kid or adult bullies.

I've been a student here for about 10 years now. Mr. Frack and the staff at MAI has truly changed my life. This place has not only taught me how to defend myself, but also discipline and respect. Mr. Frack teaches with such patience and positivity. Without MAI I wouldn't be anywhere near who I am today.

My son has been going to MAI for over 6 years now I think. I think it is a great place for kids to learn self defense, but also where they can learn self confidence and perseverance. Lots of focus is given to what to do in real world situations, from dealing with bullies, not letting people touch them inappropriately, what to do in emergencies. Discipline and expectations are raised as the kids get older and progress, and I think that is a great way for kids to grow and learn. There are adult classes too - and those can be either black belt training or just working out self defense. Mr. Frack's wife also is a certified yoga instructor and has Yoga classes several times a week. MAI has been great for my son, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

The instructors and so passionate and really know who you are and your skill. Best Martial Arts program anywhere in the valley! Also their Vinyasa flow Yoga and Wednesday night power yoga is equally the best I've ever been to! If you're considering getter a black belt or any skill level belt THIS is the place to do it! The Mr. Frack and the other instructors are simply the best.
