I recently paid off my contract obligations with True Solutions and then an auto debit was taken from my bank account a week later. I do realize that it was a timing issue and I have confirmed with True Solution that I have a credit balance. HOWEVER, they will not respond to me with a refund check. I want everyone to know that they also will not return my calls and emails BUT they will answer the phone when I call from another phone. Wow, talk about trying to DODGE THEIR CONTRACTED CUSTOMERS for any amount of money due them. I DO wonder what will happen next year with their service for my forgiveness loan!!!!!!! For those considering their service, I would look at the reviews written and call the Federal Loan.gov and use their services instead...it's free!!! I felt I made a big mistake by using this business. Maybe the Better Business Bureau could help me get my money!!!

It was an easy process and everyone was very understanding. True Solution helped a great deal! I was alarmed at receiving a bill and they notified me of the next steps. I was able to see first hand that I was already approved for a 0.00.
