Began using this practice a little over a year ago in pursuit of a potential new internal medicine doctor. I have been extremely pleased with the competency of providers. I really like Dr. Abassi. All staff members have been nice to me, it’s easy to schedule appointments and to check in. However, the practice is very inefficient at adhering to a schedule. The time from check in to actually seeing a provider is always long. I expect that at an urgent care provider as a walk in, but not at a private practice with an appointment. I understand this can happen from time to time, but it is the rule rather than the exception at this practice. Today, after over an hour wait in the waiting room, I forfeited my money since they get that at check in and left. It is often 20 minutes plus to see a provider once you are in a room, making a 15 minute appointment consume up to 2-3 hours of your day. No concerns over competency or treatment by staff, but the organizational design needs a make over.

This is a very good office very thorough office. Staff always welcomes you with a smile and are Pleasant to all patients. I've never had a bad experience and I have been going there for a while.
