I always ordered fuel oil from Whiting for about 10 years. Recently, I never received a bill from oil I had ordered (and forgot to check up) and then received a late notice with a hefty fine. I explained I had not received a bill and that if I had to pay the late fee I was moving in. I should have had great credit from them from always paying my bill but my continued business was not worth the under 20 late fee they had to reclaim from me. I went to Dixie Gas.
