Ellie was amazing. She is high energy and enthusiastic. She took my vision and turned it into a magical wedding. Every single detail exceeded my expectations. She was organized and efficient. I could not have had the wedding I had without her. The guests could not stop talking about how incredible the food was. We had a travel themed wedding so Ellie made food from every country we have traveled to. I wish I could do it all over again. Absolute perfection. Thank you, Ellie, for helping make our dreams come true. Can't wait to work with you again.

Food that makes you happy! The pineapple coleslaw and smoked Mac & Cheese was so unique, and don't even get me started on the variety of meats to choose from. If you want authentic Louisiana style cuisine, then look no further. An event catered by these guys is amazing. Delicious food for the soul. Friendly and fun staff that makes any event sparkle. Wonderful!

Mrs. Ellie at EZ Events was very helpful in regards to helping me choose which meal and how much food needed to be prepared for my event. The food was DELICIOUS, and the service was even better. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for some quality food for any event.

Absolutely amazing. Gave me a time frame, updated me about an hour before, then again when they were in the way. Got the Jambalaya, pulled pork, Mac & cheese , and a salad. Everything was delicious. Very professional and extremely nice. Will definitely be calling again.

5 stars I recently attended a reception that Ellie and her staff catered and had their own bartender. Her Smoked Brisket was amazing, the Brisket was juicy and melted like butter! The bartender was making signature cocktails, and the smoked Bloody Mary was out of this world! I will definitely use them for my next catering event.

I loved working with Ellie! I decided last minute that I wanted to surprise my fiancé on his bachelor party (also was his birthday) with brunch for him and 16 guys. Ellie was quick to respond and so much fun to work with. Within a few hours we had everything booked. On the day of (according to the guys), she was fun to be around and her food was amazing!!! She made individual omelettes for everyone with the best cheesy grits, biscuits and sausage/bacon. They especially loved her signature Bloody Marys! If you are looking for a great, fun chef then Ellie is the one!
