Attorney Pemberton handled two cases of mine in two very different areas. He’s very knowledgeable and versatile with his abilities. You’d be getting quality work for his hourly rate. He’s trustworthy and explains everything in detail for people who aren’t as well versed in legal language. He also responds to phone calls in a timely manner. I will be using him as my lawyer again.

HIGHLY recommended. Lawyer, Titus Pemberton and his paralegal, Angie are sooooo great! He represented me for a dreaded tenant/landlord case and won the filing. He also represented my partner in his custody filing. Titus is a family man who tells it straight, incredibly honest, but still incredibly kind. He also won’t take advantage of you and your finances. As a new realtor, I will definitely be recommending him to my clients for closing.
