Purchased a Goal Zero Yeti Portable Power Station from Massey's. I found I needed a more robust Yeti, and Val handled the exchange perfectly. You couldn't ask for a nicer person to work with. My wife now loves this place, which should make it easier for me to talk her in to more outdoor equipment! I'd highly recommend this business for a great shopping experience and knowledgable staff.

Excellent customer service. Installed Thule roof rack and cargo carrier without any problem. Very friendly and professional staff. Manager, Val, is amazing and very knowledgeable about products and gear!

My wife and I recently came here and purchased 2 kayaks. I have to say that the staff here especially Val, Justin, and Griffin are amazing. Due to covid we had to wait a bit to receive out kayaks but they offered rentals till ours came in, were extremely helpful and were all around great. On one of our trips in Val informed us that there was an kayak which my wife was interested in that was available early. There attention to detail is amazing and they go out of there way to help you. Highly recommend going here to look for your kayaking, hiking, and outdoor needs.
