I like the facility and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Covid precautions are in place. You must wear a mask upon entering the gym. Some member take their masks off while working out. The gym is very clean and smells nice. They are 24 hours during mon-thur.

Early morning staff is friendly. Clean facility and I like the location convenience. However, if there were a LA Fitness in Covington or another reputable gym, I would definitely switch. If you are more advanced in your workout and want to use more equipment, this gym definitely isn’t the one for you. Everything here is pretty much basic/standard equipment. Need to add assault air runners, and better strength training equipment.
I have enjoyed my experience. I’m highly impressed by the friendliness of their staff. Definitely a nice place to go when you need to take a break from your daily routine and take sometime for yourself.
