Super to work with, highly recommend. We have rented from individuals before and found this WAY better. It gave us great comfort that the engine and mechanics had been checked out and in working order and that if we had any issues they were just a text away. The MH was clean and ran great, we will definitely rent from them again.

Overall good experience. Sidney, Benjamin and the yard guy were very polite and helpful. One technician I interfaced with I could have done without. The travel trailer was new and clean. It did have a few very minor issues BUT nothing that impacted my my trip. I would rent there again.
They are squatch RV service and parts on yelp. 30 foot RV was in a complete state of disrepair with numerous electrical and mechanical problems. Due to a staffing problem the day of the rental none of the service numbers were manned. We had to drive all the way back to the lot to find out they couldn't fix the worst problem which is slideouts dont work. This trip was planned over a year. We lost one day in the hassle and had to deal with dead outlets, intermittent TVs, sounds system didn't work, antenna got nothing, shower door was broken, slideouts dont work, and many other problems. After weeks of phone calls we got back 1 day of the 7 day trip. Which is silly considering we lost a day so they didn't give us anything for the trouble. Avoid this place unless you want to be ripped off thousands of dollars.
Best time ever. RV was very clean, everything worked. I'd say well maintained. I love the huge bed. Having a kitchen with fridge /freezer was a plus. Owner was very patient answering questions about the RV. Will definitely go back and rent again.
We had awesome experience renting the Minnie Winnie (sleeps 8) from Squatch RV for one week trip in Olympic NP and Mount Rainier. Sydne was extremely helpful with setting us up with all the additional packages (Kitchenware, linens, BBQ etc.) and insurance we needed. When we inspected the RV before taking off, we noticed that on one of the front tires is worn out so Sydny immediately had both front tires replaced with new ones to ensure our safety. The RV was in great mechanical shape and took us 700 miles all around the peninsula and up mount rainier with no issues. It was spacious enough for the 8 of us (4 adults and 4 kids) and we had the best experience exploring this amazing area while combining the fun of camping in the outdoors while still having the comfort of a warm shower, clean bad and fully equipped kitchen. We kept the RV in good condition and brought it back clean inside and out so Sydne refunded us with the 150 cleaning fee. I highly recommend Squatch RV and would definitely come back for my next RV experience. Must have items based on our experience: •\tBroom •\tSmall screwdriver to open the shower door if one of the kids (or me…) accidentally lock it from the outside •\tBasic tools for small fixes if needed •\tRV designated toilet paper (recommended to prevent clogs. Lucky for us it happened in our vary last hour of the trip so it was handled by Squatch RV team)
