My Dryer was not heating up and drying my cloths. The Sears technician was professional and on time. I received outstanding customer service and good quality work.

Prices in store are more than online. Make sure you check the online prices.Had to go to customer service and ask for a salesperson that we had to wait on. No salespeople on the floor. Not helpful at all. As though we were annoying employees to make a purchase. Good deals on appliances (if you check online prices 60 difference) but staff is terrible and hard to locate.

The repair man Quentaz was late. Disrespectful was an understatement. We had some banging noise when refrigerator turned off. Quentaz rudely told us if the refrigerator doesnt make the noise while he was here he can't fix it. We had water on the bottom of our refrigerator and when you moved the refrigerator water came from the under side of the refrigerator. He told us its just because doors are off not straight. I knew he was wrong with that. He told us that our refrigerator was to old for him to fix. We replied if its to old the warranty company will replace it just let the warranty company know. Our ice maker doesnt work we wanted it hooked up and fixed he said thats for a plumber not his job. All he had to do was plug a hose up and see it doesnt work then fix it. Nope wouldnt do it. We plugged the hose up and he still refused to work on the ice maker.
