I love this place . All in one venue - you can get married and your reception all in one spot or in different rooms. They have different vibes in each room which I think is super cool. Also the staff is super responsive and goes the extra mile to make your night perfect. There is a ton of great places for photos around that area and the food and hotel next door is perfect to end your wedding night. I can't say enough good things about it.

10/10 recommend they went above and beyond for our big day. exceeded out expectations! They ensured my husband and I always had a full glass and took control of the little details and told us when to be where it was great! Ashley and Amy were amazing they not only cleared our party bus out but helped us take everything to our hotel. They packed up a piece of every flavor from our wedding cake with a bottle of champagne. I could cry just thinking about how thoughtful they were and how perfect our wedding was thank you so much!!

Had a very nice banquet. The staff was excellent. Food was good. Good beer and wine package with 4 different beers to choose from. Definitely a place to check into if you are having an event.

We honestly couldn't be more thrilled with the service the day of our wedding and reception. Zoe was there every step of the way leading up to the day of and you were so attentive to our anxiety especially during the pandemic. Our day of coordinator, Ashley, was absolutely AMAZING! She was so detailed and attentive to our needs. She was amazing at the rehearsal as well. The ceremony was flawless and absolutely beautiful! The courtyard at Hotel Covington is the most beautiful spot for a ceremony. We couldn't have asked for more. I was stunned when I walked into the reception! Everything was exactly how I expected it and the room was just beautiful. Ashley and William were so attentive to not only use, but our families. Anything we needed, they were right there with it! My drink glass was not empty at any point during the night thanks to the two of them. We couldn't be more pleased with everything! You all take care of every detail and make the process and the day of extremely easy! I cannot speak highly enough about Ashley Bangi who showed us the spaces when we were looking for a place to have our wedding. I cannot speak highly enough about you, always returning our emails and answering our phone calls. You never sugar coated anything and the honesty was extremely helpful during this crazy time. Finally, Ashley and William were ALL STARS with their attentiveness and services. We are so grateful that we were able to have our special day at The Madison.

Staff, Venue and Food Perfect! We just had my Brother Daughters Ceremony and Wedding at the Madison. From the beginning to the end our family and friends were taken care of. No lines to get something to drink, food was buffeted, hot and delicious! Venue was clean from the sidewalks to bathrooms. Fire exits were cleared ( I checked), hallways lighted properly and staff uniforms very clean. Dance floor was packed from the first to last song! Great night!
