EVERY OTHER department store is amazing in costumer service. But don’t ask this department for a solid deal. I rented a Mid-level rotatiler for a couple hours of work... but I decided no big deal I’ll just take it back the next day and pay them the 24hr rate. No big deal, good business. I cleaned the equipment very well and topped off gas to return it the following day... I had mistakenly took the four hr return time on the contract for the 24hr time return the next day. I explained the situation to VICTOR the manager there because instead of charging me 80- something for a 24 hr rate the tacked on over 50 more on top of THAT. It totaled my cost almost 150 for 4 hrs of work the day before. He argued it wasent available for other customers to rent but there were 3-4 units sitting in the store not rented (I looked at them and back at him like really???). I’ve never felt more ripped off for renting equipment in my life. I willingly rented it for 24hrs when I didn’t even need it, I cleaned it, topped the gas off and they still slapped me in the face with extra costs after telling them exactly what happened. I WONT BE RENTING HERE AGAIN.
