It took a while to get someone on the phone, but it was worth the wait. Absolutely one of the most polite, courteous, and informative customer service calls I've ever made. Not only was the person patient - and that was very necessary because I was frustrated and sitting on a lawn mower that wouldn't start - but they were understanding and supportive. They took their time, explained everything, and gave me suggestions even after we both realized I may not be able to solve the problem while sitting on my lawn mower. After the call I was ready to try a work around they gave me, and then decided instead to check again one of the things they had suggested, which was a simple process of resetting the blower shoot on the lawn mower. It worked! And I was back cutting the lawn in minutes. Fantastic equipment. Fantastic company. Fantastic service.

I am now the proud owner of a Troy-bilt Pony, 17.5 HP 42" Riding Lawn Mower. My Father was the original purchaser/owner and purchased it from here. This machine has been in our family for more than a decade now and it still runs like brand new. I am a fan of Troy-Bilt products as is, but this mower has proved that they are built to last! Regular maintenance is all that's been required of this mower with no parts replaced other than the blade when it would no longer sharpen as well. But that was only due to the nature of the areas we've used it. I would very highly recommend this machine!
Purchased a TB22 trimmer which will not crank. Went on You Tube for help. Repair shop will not work on Troy Bilt products. Said it is junk, best to throw away and buy a quality trimmer. Which I am doing. Stay away from this brand. This after one season. JUNK.
Nothing but garbage products. Weed eater is garbage and their mowers are garbage. Tired of working on pieces of junk that should have never gotten through quality control.

Buyer beware! Poor quality products. They will not honor any warranties. When I called to get a reimbursement for a leaf blower l purchased that quit working after 4 uses I was hung up on. I would not buy their products!
