I was warned not to use this company but I did not listen. I dropped my excavator off for service with them. Nearly everything they did showed a shocking level of incompetence and/or disregard. They opened hydraulic lines and blew hydraulic fluid all over the interior compartments of the machine and left it that way. They left wires hanging down from the boom. They left hydraulic soaked rags stuffed here and there. They left the lights they installed hanging not tightened and they left the computer controller hanging un tightened. They supposedly fixed the ac on the machine but several days later the ac did not work. All of this cost me near 5000.00 with shipping it there and back. They also took tools that did not belong to them from inside of the machine. Ive contacted them and complained and I was treated fairly rudely for complaining about their terrible performance....... To be fair; before I decided to wrote this: I sent the owner an email and attempted to contact higher management multiple times with no success or reply. The local dealership itself avoids talking to me... Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost. Its just my opinion and experience but we all are running into companies like these more and more. All about profit and could care less about the customer.
