I had an unbelievably excellent experience with the Cowles Ford maintenance crew on my F-150 truck. Even though I caught my problem early and Ford denied the warranty work multiple times because the condition had not yet become severe, Josh and Richard took it upon themselves to advocate heavily upon my behalf, knowing that refusing this work could present a safety hazard for me driving on the interstate. Although it took them two weeks to navigate the bureacracy at Ford, in the end they came through and had the work performed within a day after the parts authorization was released. These guys deserve a raise for their customer relations work. Just an amazing effort on their part!

Leased a car in 2018 for my kid, I should have realized it that day as the entire process took almost the whole day. be aware, they have zero understanding of customer services. once you get the car good luck to you trying to get any kind of basic service. a simple oil change took almost a whole day. no one notified us that the lease registration was expired (a simple customer service). One thing for sure, you wont feel like a million bucks... these guys will give you the runaround from one person to another just answering simple questions... so good luck if you are thinking to buy a car or lease a car from this cowles parkway ford dealership
25 years of buying cars and have to say this was one of the best experiences I have had with a dealership. Being and out of state buyer, trust in the sales rep is everything. Sam B was responsive, thorough and assured me I was buying a good truck. Really appreciated his approach and attention to detail. Highly satisfied with the service department Josh Price was a wonderful service advisor who was quick to ensure that my transmission was operating properly. I just purchased the vehicle in July, and should not have had these issues but that does not reflect on the dealership itself. Josh ensured me that it should be a simple fix and it was fixed in one day. Highly satisfied with His updates on progress and in getting my car serviced as well. Thanks Josh!
Had been on the hunt for a specific used vehicle for some time and finally found the one I was looking for here. I worked with Luke and said from the start it was a nearly 5 hour drive for me, so I wanted to get as much as possible done before making the trip. He was able to work with me remotely and have everything ready when I got there. This has been hands down one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Everyone that I interacted with was pleasant, helpful, and courteous. It was definitely worth my drive, and when I am in the market for another vehicle this will be one of the first places I look!
