Its name is actually KOWORX and its a great place for not only renting office space but the networking and resources are a win win. I joined and now get half my jobs just through the related people renting here and their customers. If you need any services for promoting your business its a one stop shop. I now have resources right here for Video, Photography and Social Media marketing to add to my services. Its for sure a high energy place and 10,000 sq ft in a 2 story place near the beach! That's something you cant make up.

The new location has plenty of space and the layout is set up for professionals. This is not your average co-working space. Upscale white desks (that are powered and can be used as a standing desk) and white chairs that match, large common area with great beverages, and a living room type feel. Private offices and semi-private desks are available, as well as a great drop-in area for virtual workers. The conference room is large, with comfortable chairs and a cityscape wrap on one wall. The room has a TV and plenty of outlets. The building has wifi and is also wired, so you can have high-speed connection if you bring your RJ45. Members & guests are respectful of your privacy and make a point to ask you if they will be disturbing you if they need to make a call or jump on a video conference. PS-The members here are always looking to help you and your business. They say proximity is the key to success, and you will connect with great people here. 5 Stars. Highly recommend. If you want to stop making the coffeeshops, bakery cafe, or the burger place “your office” this is the palace for you.

Great work space. Love the amenities and the other entrepreneurs. Very positive vibe. Already had some meetings in the conference room - First Class! Easy to get in and out. Location is near restaurants, bank, main street. Excellent networking and events as well!

This space is great for anyone looking for a home office away from home. With a clean, quiet space and friendly team members; the environment is extremely conducive to productivity and creativity. Can’t beat that; especially with such a low cost. And with all the in-house printing options for marketing and sales it’s really a one stop shop if you’re just starting up your own business.10/10 would recommend.
