This transport company isn't bad but I have had multiple trips where they were late picking me up and I remember waiting 2 or 3 hours just to go back home.

I spoke with a fellow named Sal, he was really something. Don’t know if I’ve ever talked with such an arrogant young man. The drivers that showed up (late) were unkempt at best. My overall experience with the service was that they seem not to know what they are doing... from top to bottom.
I am a wedding planner and I use Coxsackie Transport all the time for my clients. They are always reliable, communicative, and their drivers are always very nice. We rarely have issues on site with pick up times and drop off times. They are my go-to transportation company and I always recommend them to my clients. Prices are great for the quality of service!
----- Great Personalized Bus Transportation Service ----- We used Coxsackie Transport for all bus services associated with our wedding. We live in NYC but our wedding was near Catskill, NY. Dan from Coxsackie Transport picked up guests in Manhattan and brought them to the Catskills, provided shuttle service for guests arriving at and leaving our wedding to go back to their hotels in the area, and then returned guests back to Manhattan the next day. Coxsackie Transport was always easy to communicate with, kept on top of our complicated scheduling, showed up on time and maintained an accurate schedule, and were professional and responsible throughout the job. We would highly recommend Coxsackie Transport for any and all of your transportation desires! Thank you Dan!
I’ve been riding Coxsackie transport for 5 years now. They always are switching bus drivers and vehicles.At the start of the year they try to save money by cramming a lot of people in a small van. Another problem I have is consistency. The time of pick up is never consistent they can be 30 minutes early or 40 minutes late this means I have to wait outside my apartment for the bus for an access amount of time and on days where transportation is cancelled they do not notify anyone. I do not recommend Coxsackie transport.
