I have to say, I have been wearing Coyote eyewear for over 15 years. I absolutely love their products. I have 7 different styles I randomly wear for all activities from boating to skiing. I highly recommend to anyone and the prices are very reasonable. Customer service is top notch. 5 stars all around.

Coyote Eyewear is an excellent business to order from! They provide a great quality Polarized sunglass at a reasonable cost, such as their Floating Polarized Sunglasses as well as Bi-Focal Reader Polarized Sunglasses. Not to mention their great customer service and the awesome warranty replacement program available. I am a satisfied customer and still purchase Coyote Eyewear sunglasses regularly.

These are now my favorite sunglasses. I've owned the really expensive ones like Maui Jim, RayBan, Costa del Mar and Oakley), and they cost 4X the price but are really no better. Lose or sit on a pair and your wallet is going to hurt. Not so with these. My Coyote BP7's are cheap, solid, lightweight, and to top it off they just gave me some fantastic customer service. They just replaced a broken pair, few questions, no runaround and no cost to me. Sure, it's easy to trash a company when they do wrong but sometimes you have to give them credit for when they do right.

I placed an order of floating sunglasses from Coyote Eyewear that were Black with blue mirrored lenses with a small grey fish logo on the sides. When I received the sunglasses where there was suppose to be a fish logo on the side (like depicted in the picture online) there was a red and white flotation device logo with the word BOBS. I called customer service to find out why there was this difference in logo from what is depicted in their picture online to the glasses I received. The answer I received from JAN GARGAN (one of the only two women there that answer the phone) was unbelievable. She said " Ya, well some have the fish logo and some have the BOBS logo." I said well I didn't order the one with the BOBS logo and she responded " Whats the difference, who cares whats on them...some have the fish and some have the BOBS logo... there isn't a difference". She then put me on hold and came back to state that they don't have anymore of the ones with the fish on then so if I don't like them I can return them to where I purchased them from". She was incredibly rude in her verbiage and tone. No offer to pay for the shipping back , no apology for the discrepancy of what is depicted online to what they are actually shipping out. Just, well if I don't like it too bad I can just pay to return something that came incorrectly to begin with. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE if this is how they run their business. AND there is a huge difference in the logos. The fish logo is nice an subtle (and perfect for the fisherman I was purchasing them for) and the BOBS logo with a red and white flotation device makes these look like dollar store glasses. Extremely disappointed!!!
