I have used CPR in Cherrydale for several years now to repair my phone and the phones of my family. I have also had the screen protectors applied to all the phones even before they started selling the invisible shield. When they switched over I paid the extra cost to have that protectors installed. My screen protector was broken and the same for my sons over the course of the holidays. We removed the protectors to keep from cutting our fingers without realizing that it voided the warranty if we didn’t save them and bring them into the store. We are now required to purchase the protectors at full cost due to this mistake. This may have been told to us when we received the upgraded protector more than a year ago but I don’t recall it being the requirement. For the amount of money that I have spent at this location it is very disheartening to have a business not provide any recourse for a warranted item even after years of our doing business with them. Maybe this is a reflection of Invisible Shield instead of CPR if in fact CPR is required to send the cracked screen in to IS. CPR certainly has record of all of our purchases and a record of the phones we applied the protectors. Very disappointed in the service if not the Invisible Shield warranty process.

I brought my iPad to them I wasn’t even sure if it could be fixed. They told me 140.00 I needed to put 70 down so I did they called and said it was fixed and ready so I go to pick it up it looked like it never fell on the ground. I started to try and pay him the other 70 , he told me they closed my ticket out they didn’t have to fix the screen so I only had to pay 70. I was so happy for I am on a fixed income being retired. I highly recommend this place to bring your cellphone or iPad they are the best.

Finally was able to drop my phone off to be fixed, it was finished in a timely manner. My only issues were the fact that i turned my data off and put my phone in airplane mode and when I picked it up those two settings were changed back? Not really understanding why that was?I was also told that with my new screen replacement the screen that replaced it may have bubbles because of the type of screen is? Kind of strange but ok?? Update!! Technician from the store called to address my repair and concerns, this was much appreciated!! Thank you!!
