These guys are absolutely fantastic! They fixed my cracked computer screen for less than half of what Best Buy said, Their customer service is unmatched, Their customer service is unmatched And I felt like they genuinely cared for me and my issue! I wish I had come here sooner to purchase a cell phone instead of looking for one on the market place. Both employees were nice, friendly and professional. I was in and out in no time and bought a cell phone at a great price. Their prices are more affordable than any other cell phone repair shop I've been to. This morning, my phone display went completely white. I couldn't fix it, so I brought it to this store to see what could be done. I was immediately greeted with a smile and a good attitude by Chris. After explaining my situation, he took the time to patiently walk me through a few different options for repair and replacement, and gave me the pros and cons of each of them. I returned later to transfer my data to a new phone, and they not only helped me set up the new phone, but the extremely professional and talented tech named Stefini spent a full FIVE hours getting all my data transferred to the new device. Both of these employees made sure I had access to a place to sit, guest wifi so I could work during the wait, and even offered water. They were both extremely friendly and professional, and made excellent conversation as well. At the end of the transfer, they tested my device and wouldn't accept payment until it was fully functional. I have scarcely seen such dedicated team members at any organization. This store and its employees display the highest standards of excellence, professionalism, and service. I could not have asked for a better experience, and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I've been using my phone with a cracked screen for a while, and I finally decided to try and get it fixed. Their site didn't actually have my exact phone (Moto G Power) listed, but I was able to call them and they ordered in a The appropriate part. When I brought my phone, they finished the whole process in less than 3 hours, only reason I couldn't pick it up that day was because they finished right before closing and missed the notification. Came over the next day, and they handed over my phone with a shiny new screen. I think the new one is brighter to. 5/5 would recommend.

I went in to get my screen repaired for an old iPad Pro. They gave me a better price than the apple store, but it still wasn’t worth it to me due to the age of the device. I wound up going back a few days later and purchased a 2 in 1 laptop at an amazing price. It’s killer! They are honest, personable, and helpful.
