I asked for a simple cracked screen repair quote, and haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone. No one will answer the phone and no one has reached out to me about the repair. Very poor customer service.

(So this is going to sound like a cheesy-fake-bot review, but it's not. True story) Had a cracked screen, and although I have "insurance" on my cell plan, it covers basically nothing, and my carrier is the "fine-print" devil and won't help without me having to shell out 300 or more or buy an entirely new phone and plan. Walked in this afternoon with my cracked screen and an old phone that was drowned but still had a working, intact screen, to see if we could swap them out. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help make things easy for me. That they did!! They swapped the screens for me, tested things to make sure they still worked properly, answered all my questions....all within 30 minutes, and gave me a nice discount on the (normally small) repair fee being a first time customer. I was terrified I'd have to send the phone in for repairs and/or end up paying a lot of money to get it fixed. But, they did it quickly, well, and extremely reasonably. And, they didn't try selling me a bunch of stuff I didn't need or want, they stuck to what I asked or needed, and completely took care of my issue. I even ended up buying a new charger cord there because I wanted to give them my business I was so impressed and felt taken care of. Will definitely go back, and recommend them to everyone I know. Great job guys, and THANK YOU!!

Popped in with my son who had a game stuck in his ps4 slim. The guy working was pleasant and he informed us of our options. He was also very knowledgeable about the systems etc. In addition, he cleaned the dust out of my sons game and also gave him something to put it in since he didn’t bring the case. Highly recommend people to go see him if they’re having issues with their game consoles.

Loved the customer service. The man was very welcoming being that we came in exactly at 10 lol. Fixed my phone battery in about 1.5 hours so it was very quick. Highly recommended.

My mom’s iPhone battery died, and I called CPR. They had it fixed in less than an hour. The guy helping me was so efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much!! You guys rock.

I wish I could give zero stars. So I took my Moto z force into the store to get my battery replaced. They ordered my battery and it took 8 days for it to show up. I went back into the store to drop off my phone, I received a call later saying that they had ordered the wrong battery for my phone and it would take 3 days for the correct battery to come in. So I drove back out to the store to get my cell and waited 3 days. I dropped my cell off on a Friday around 4 in the afternoon and was informed that they needed to keep it overnight but should be able to pick it up in the morning. So Saturday comes around and I don't get a call to 1 in the afternoon to find out that the battery they received was defective and they would have to yet again order another battery. At this point I said screw it I will repair the cell myself and watch YouTube to get instructions how to. So I get the parts off Amazon for 60 bucks instead of the 100 CPR was charging me. I go to take my phone apart to find out that these MFers stripped one of the screws in the back so I can't get access to get to my battery now. I don't think there was even a "defective battery" at all. They stripped the screw and couldn't change it out. How do I know this because I could see the battery in my cell and non of the tape was even lifted up on it which would have had to been taken off to change it out. These people will screw up your cell to the point that I'm in now which is to get a new one. NEVER GO HERE!
