The screen I needed was special order and they were able to get it in very quickly. The also were very quick in getting my phone repaired and back to me. They made sure to explain my options since my screen was pretty costly. Overall the service was quick and friendly.

I wasted the entire day looking for their location then when I reached their they said even if they hand over the replacement device under warranty they will still charge me I could have done that at the comfort of my home

My iPhone 11 had been stuck on the Apple logo all day, I was busy at work and the Apple store did not have any opening for a week out. I called CPR and they mentioned that they would be able to look at my phone the next day (it was about 6pm when I called and they close at 7p). I decided to drive over anyways to drop off the phone for a next day pickup. The gentleman at the counter was super cool, suggested that he would try something quick, realized that it did not work but then suggested to do a clean restore, asked me if I had a backup and then proceeded to get my phone back up and running. I know we might say it is just a phone repair, but it was the genuine kindness exhibited throughout my time in the store. Just top notch kindness. I am super thankful to you guys and you will be my first call next time, before the Apple store
