No complaints. Service as expected. Prompt response. Phone looked good and work great after repair. Prices seemed high, but screens alone nowadays are expensive. I would say fair price for service.

Initial conversation with Adam was very informative, straightforward, and professional. He explained various options I might have, a printed price list for various repairs including my screen replacement. So the estimate was not shot from the hip. He made me feel quite comfortable that I’d made the right choice in coming to CPR.

The staff seems pretty knowledgable and easy able to tell me the cost of my needed repair quickly and confidently. They are able to fix almost everything but in my case the price to fix it was more than what the phone was worth. If you're in need of cell phone repair I'd still recommend cpr depending on your situation.

This place was awesome. I was greeted and helped immediately on arrival. The price wasn’t nearly as high as I’d imagine, and I didn’t have to be there for long before leaving. I was able to get my phone port fixed here very easily, and I was very pleased with the service I was given.

I brought my LG V40 in for a cracked screen repair. I bought the replacement on EBay and brought it with me. I met Adam who was very cordial and friendly. I was told it would take an hour when in fact, it only took an hour. I returned back to pick the phone up. I came inside with my new Otterbox Defender case, that I bought on Amazon because I didn't want to drop it accidentally when I got outside. Adam put the case on for me which I wasn't looking for. I was going to put it on in the store. What a great place. I will return if I break something again.

Knowledgeable friendly staff who likely can fix your phone/ tablet while you wait. Price is proportionate to the value of your device. I find it is best to call first.

I couldn't insert a charger in my phone, so I called the gentleman at CPR. He told me he could fix it and I could have it back the same day. The price he quoted was exactly what I paid. He even threw in a new charger for me. Excellent and efficient service. I highly recommend this business.

I really enjoyed and always enjoy going to Cell Phone Repair. I usually go to recycle my phone and phone parts, but I went for a repair this time. Unfortunately, the phone was too far gone. However, now that I know they repair laptops and tablets, I will come again to see if I can repair those. Thank you for a great customer service experience!
