We were getting water coming in around the chimney so I called Craftmasters since they had done a great job replacing my gutters a couple of years ago. Last time I worked with Vania, one of the owners, but this time I mostly worked with the other owner Rob. He definitely knows his stuff when it comes to roofing and had some great advice about dealing with the insurance company. They did a great job and the roof looks fantastic! We have a big roof and shockingly, his crew did it in a single day. I was worried about all the debris that replacing a roof produces, but when they left, my yard looked cleaner than it did before they came. I guess there is no way to clean up the debris without also cleaning up the loose leaves and sticks. So I got a bonus garden cleanup with my roof. Sweet!

Met them at the Home & Garden Show in Timonium, MD. My wife and I went prepared to find contractors for several home improvement projects. Met with Doug who was very nice, and CraftMasters Remodeling was one of the first contractors we made an appointment to come out to our home Friday night at 6 PM for an estimate. They didn't show up. I called them at 7 pm, left a message. The \scheduler\ returned my call within 5 minutes. He was very nice and apologized, thinking that he may have inadvertently made the appointment for the wrong week. He wasn't in the office, but said he would call me back the following day to see what happened. I said I have two other contractors coming for different projects, but would be done by 1 pm. He said he would call me at 1:30. He never called. Needless to say I'm less than impressed. Apparently this company doesn't care about making appointments such that we alter our schedules to receive their visit, but they don't show. And, when given the opportunity for a second chance, blow it again. I can't help but expect that their service could very well be the same once contracted, too. Over promise, under deliver?

Robert Ward and his crew did a great job remodeling my kitchen. The kitchen looks fantastic; better than I could have imagined. It feels like I'm in a new house, with additional renovations done on the living room and dining room area. This is the second time I have used Craftmasters Remodeling. The first time was four years ago for my bathroom. I still get compliments today on how great my bathroom looks. Thank you Robert Ward and your crew for a job well done.
