Paid him thousands of dollars in which he did absolutely nothing. Nothing. Totally passive. Nothing to help, nothing to offense the other party, initiated Nothing. Charged me arm and leg only for reading emails, or other administrative work without doing anything with the claim or the counter claim. Gave me the feeling that I work for him and not the other way around. I would never recommend him to anyone.
