I get parts here for my JD tractor. The service is good and parts if ordered, come in when expected. The staff are very helpful.

They gave back our skid steer without hydraulic oil the mechanic even admitted he didn't check the fluids or add any while working on our hydraulic system. We took it back and they didn't even touch it for months they have had it since July. They now have it in Anchorage trying to say it's not their fault. They have given us the run around this whole time and haven't shown that they do quality work and stand up for the work that was done. Really unimpressed and hope to save others from this ridiculousness.
I am very impressed with Craig Taylor Equipment. The sales people are extremely easy to work with. They answer questions with knowledge and guide you to the correct piece of equipment. I was able to purchase a new Honda snowblower with ease I have never really experienced. I was initially told to expect the machine toward the end of October. My sales person Dave found the snowblower in state and had the machine in hand in less than one week. I was extremely impressed. I do not have experience with their after sale service. So I will not speak to that right now, but based on the service of getting the right machine in my hands, I have high hopes of being well taken care of.
Place has really gone downhill. A young lady trying hard to sound like she knows what she is talking about. God bless her. Easier to shop online for parts. Washington Tractor will mail parts for John Deere, Woodway for Stihl.
They did a great job attempting to find something that would work for my old tractor.
I bought a new JD X380 with a 54 inch deck from these folks. I had some problems with it, but Laurie, the manager made sure that everything got fixed correctly. Service is important to me.
Had the parts I needed, even though it was a really old unit. Friendly service.
Always helpful and I love there calendars!
