Great experience with Austin and Crain Hyundai. Truck listed online was as-advertised - excellent condition. Austin made everything smooth and easy - delivered for a third party inspection and coordinated the sale - a very enjoyable experience. Austin followed up after the sale to make sure I was happy with the truck and the experience. Great customer service!

Under Estimated

Ten months and two major surgeries later, and, I spoke with the GM listing all my complaints and issues. As usual, he was very degrading and nasty. What I have now added to my list of devious sales practices is: when they received my car it shows a little over 340 miles were on it. When I purchased it, the staff had put over 3,000 on it! There was no sticker on the window, no paperwork. I kept telling them I couldn’t drive this car & was never informed about the satisfaction guarantee. Is it still under warranty? Certified Pre-owned, not informed. I hate this car and with my disabilities, find it impossible to operate. From headquarters to the dealership, it was the absolute worse buying experience of my long life & sadly it’s an ongoing nightmare.

I came back to update a negative review but I guess it was deleted. I just wanted to say initially I was unhappy with the service and overall experience I had with Crain Hyundai in Bentonville, BUT after voicing my concerns with the GM John D. and going over some information face to face- I have a better understanding of what I signed on to with my car. The customer service issues I experienced have drastically improved and I can tell that the staff has tried much harder to be pleasant and helpful. I would still be cautious if you’re a first time buyer and just make sure you do all of your research, but I will be getting my next car through this dealership after establishing trust and mutual respect.

Radlee went above and beyond to make my service experience exceptional. He was always kind and polite and worked with me to get my vehicle serviced and back to me as soon as he could. I appreciate him for being so kind since dealing with vehicle maintenance is never easy going. Will definitely come back to see them!
