I was impressed with how responsive they were in scheduling our in-home appointment and based on a pre-appointment phone call, she was prepared in bringing a wonderful variety of samples that were in-line with our decor. She was also very prompt in providing a follow-up quote the same day! We were thrilled with the final installation as well, as the various installers were professional and thorough. I had a great experience with Molyneaux. A design consultant (Terri Mattock) came to my home with samples, measured, talked about various options and gave me a price for the flooring. Terri was interested in what I wanted (LVT plank flooring) and I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase. The installers were wonderful. The flooring looks great and they totally cleaned up after themselves.
