Excellent service from Crandall. Fastest live response to on-line chat in my experience from an actual staff person who was knowledgeable about the chairs and helped me greatly in my decision-making. My Gesture arrived in great condition, was easy to assemble (all of 5 minutes) and has been great so far. Highly recommend this business. Fantastic price for a top-quality chair.

After a lot of research I purchased the Steelcase Leap V2 from Crandall furniture. I got the 3D mesh with hardwood casters. I didn't know what to expect from a remanufactured chair but the idea of saving over 600 compared to buying new really appealed to me. Seeing the Crandall remanufacturing process and some of the other reviews sealed the deal. Between ordering and receiving the chair, I think only a week had gone by. The chair was very easy to assemble especially with the provided instructions and YouTube videos. Unfortunately, I discovered that the chair was damaged during shipping. I called Crandall and actually spoke to Dave, the owner. How often does a business owner actually pickup the phone?! Very cool. Crandall went out of their way to make things right and immediately sent me a new chair. These chairs look as good as new. The added seat padding actually makes them better than new. I have no doubt this chair will last me for a long time. Of course having the Crandall warranty offers peace of mind as well. Whichever chair you choose to go with, I'd definitely recommend Crandall furniture when buying high-end office chairs. I'll be buying one for my wife in the near future.

Product arrived quickly and well packaged. It looks like a brand new chair. I am very happy with my purchase at this time. The Steelcase Leap chair itself is nice. I'm sitting in it as I type this and I am comfortable but if I had paid retail for a new one, I would certainly think I paid to much but this review is about Crandall furniture and not the chair itself. I would not hesitate to purchase from Crandall again and I will certainly recommend them.

I liked the range of choices of mesh and seat colors offered for the refurbished Think chairs. I liked the price. I was astounded by the speed with which my chair was fabricated and shipped. For reasons unknown, it arrived missing a necessary bolt and with a cable that controls raising and lowering flapping loose (and impossible for me to put in place). But I liked the speed with which Crandall decided I couldn't fix it, sent out another chair and a return shipping label. I'd say buy your chair here.

I bought the 75mm (3 inch) Roller Blade Style Office Chair Casters for my V1 Steelcase Leap chair. They're very solidly built and roll silently on the hardwood floor.

The HM Chair arrive on schedule. The packing was very good. Assembly simple. The chair appeared new and functions as if new. Happy Customer! Just so that you know Crandall Chair was one of several stores I explored. Prices were similar at each but your store was the only store where I could get a quick and accurate response from a live person. Customer support has been excellent and is appreciated

Fabulous customer service. The people there were knowledgeable and patient. They helped me upgrade an older chair to make it like new. I made a mistake in measurements and they graciously offered to send me another part at no charge. I have recommended Crandall to my clients that are now doing home offices.

I had no idea where to even start was looking to purchase a chair. I sent Dave an email going over how much time i spend at my desk and my uses and wants/needs for a chair. Dave responded quickly and we spoke on the phone about the different recommendations. Dave was patient and understand and very thorough. He checked his inventory of chairs not yet posted on his site and emailed me directly options that weren’t yet available! I ended up selecting a leap v2 w headrest in leather and it was ordered, shipped, and delivered within 5 days. Easy to put together and all is perfect! I could not be happier and recommend anyone to use Crandall office furniture
