We moved into Crane in October 2018 and have been very pleased during our time here. Great amenities (lounge, coffee machine, on-site parking, gym, dog washing station, rooftop), friendly & attentive management, and it’s all very clean. Props to the crew who cleans every week; they make the halls and lobbies smell fresh and keep it looking good. The location is wonderful if you want to live Downtown without having to deal with the rowdy Friday and Saturday night crowds. You can get to the nightlife quickly and escape when you’re ready to chill. It’s just a really nice place to live.

Great place to live in downtown Cincinnati! The building is so unique, with little touches that bring out the historic feel but still very modern with up-to-date finishes and appliances. The closets are amazing with so much storage! It truly feels like a little community here, as it is a quiet but friendly place and management is always helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect - centrally located that is just a 5 min walk to OTR and Kroger, but still in a quieter location. I would highly recommend Crane Factory Flats!

I moved here about 8 months ago. It is fine but it isn’t the luxury building it claims to be. I have never seen anyone vacuum the hallways and see the same debris on the floor every day. They don’t pick up trash around the building outside. The complementary water bottles are empty 90% of the time. I notice they fill it when there is a prospective new tenant. They leave moving supplies and carts laying around the building. The finishes in the units are cheaply done. I would give it more stars if it wasn’t trying to claim to be a luxury building. It is fine. But this is not luxury.
