I manage a small crane for a roofing company and I've used CraneWorks twice now to service the machine. Great people, Dan in service is awesome, they go above and beyond, and make me feel good about the hands our equipment is in.

I had a different company fix my PTO line after a disgruntled employee cut the line and was very disappointed in their work. I later found Crane-Works and they were very helpful in correcting the last mechanics work on top of costing a little less. The PTO line works better than it ever has before and can be pulled so easily as compared to what the last mechanics did. Ryan Glowacki was very responsive and quick in his quote and repair. I will definitely use Crane-Works again for any future work.

I had the pleasure of working with Ryan to resolve an issue caused by a 3rd party trucking company. Since then, I will only call Ryan for anything Crane related. His product knowledge is rivaled by noone! We are currently working together to get a mutual customer taken care of. CraneWorks is a great company. #1!

Charged me over 6500.00 to repair my crane still not repaired correctly. I have an older crane and now they have told me owernship has a new policy not to work on older cranes now refuse to fix two problems they caused while my truck was in there care. They had my truck for 59 days, I went to pick up my truck three times and had to leave there without my truck because it wasn’t ready. One time a shaft shot out of the cylinder because they forgot to put it back together. When I finally went to pick up my truck it wouldn’t start they said my batteries were no good. I ran the truck for half a day and it starts eveytime now they let it sit so long the batteries were dead didn’t even start my truck in there care. Then they offered to buy me some batteries to offset what I’ve been through. I have to now find someone else to work on my crane at my expense.
