Eleanor at Cranford Florist was wonderful and helpful when i called needing a bouquet delivered to a friend. I found them on Google because they were close to my friend's home for delivery and I am so glad i did that rather then using an online ordering company. Shopping local is the way to go. Amazing service, super friendly, and I was able to customize exactly what i was looking to send with her help! Thank you!
I want to give a heartfelt thank you for delivering birthday flowers to my daughter today. She is a travel nurse at a hospital near you and many miles from home and family. The beautiful basket reminded her she is loved so much. She has it on a table in her hotel room. Wish I could post the picture she sent. Again, thank you so much. The flowers that I ordered and had delivered today to my girlfriend and her family were absolutely gorgeous. I was extremely pleased that I was able to get exactly what I wanted and still stay within my budget. They worked with me and promised I would not be disappointed. And I wasn’t !! I've ordered flowers from here a couple of times and have been very happy with the quick and personal service. Most recently, Eleanor went above and beyond to deliver an orchid to the home of a friend who was in the hospital. It was complicated because I'm out-of-state, it was a group gift, we didn't know when the family would be home, and I didn't want to share their phone number for delivery because they were at the hospital. Eleanor was very flexible, had good ideas, and gave us a little discount to get something nicer that was within our budget. All the personal attention made this complicated order quick and pleasant!
