My husband and I visited this store about 2 weeks ago. We were there for about an hour, 2 tops. Leyla assisted us and another set of customers by herself while still managing to provide equal time and attention to both our needs. She was very kind and patient as I asked a thousand question and to look at the same 4 living room sets, 30x each lol We ended up with the perfect set, in excellent condition, at a fair and reasonable price that was delivered when expected. I would definitely recommend this place and we’ll be back.

Highly recommend! I forgot to post sooner but I went to this Cranston location on a whim to see if they had a small sectional I had been hoping to find in the right measurements. Layla was so helpful a d really went above and beyond when I wasn’t even asking her to do so! They didn’t have my couch of choice in stock (lame. Figures... or so I thought!) WhIle I sat on other couches checking stuff out Layla said “hold on I’m going to call the CT store and see if they have one in stock. And if they do, we can order it and when the delivery comes, it will go to CT first and pick up the couch and deliver it to my store” That’s a whole lot of working parts I would not have even thought to ask for! I appreciated her above and beyond customer service. We love the couch (especially the dog, who thinks it is his ) it is so comfortable and the perfect size and the price was also great!
