This company and the energy saving program is incredible. I have worked with them on 3 homes and the idea of National Grid, the State, and the consumer all benefiting is wonderful. everyone I worked with at rise has been incredible. the scheduling, the contract work, the discounted insulation agreement (75% off), and the flexibility. The people doing the heat loss analysis were incredible and professional as well. Hats off to Nick who had to adjust the contract a couple times on one of the houses due to the layout of the home. Everyone living in RI should call them and do an assessment.

When Frank came in and introduced himself, he explained everything that was going to be done in my house in a clear and professional manner. He introduced me to all the other employees so I was aware of who they were as well. When the work was completed, Doug came in and reviewed it all with me, showing me in detail what was done all over the house. He made sure I understood everything and was available for any questions I had. Overall, I am impressed with the professionalism of RISE employees/contractors and would recommend them to anyone.
In late October, we had RISE Engineering come to our home to install insulation. The two gentlemen that came by, Louis and Maceo (I apologize for the spelling if I butchered it), were simply professionals! They called ahead to give me an ETA of their arrival. They were fairly prompt despite the crazy weather they had to travel to get to my home. When they arrived, they were good about not tracking anything inside the house and cleaned up thoroughly after they have left. While they were insulating my home, they were respectful of the space they were completing the work in. At the end, they were able to give us a run through of the work they completed and explained what it meant. They were great! We have definitely felt a difference in their work! Kudos!
I was very pleased with RISE Engineering. The inspectors were efficient and professional. When it was time to do the necessary work, RISE sent Superior Insulation. Again, I dealt with efficient and professional experts. They explained everything they were doing and the reason it was needed. They also took photos of all the work. I would highly recommend this service.
