I have yet to speak with anyone regarding my TDI case. I applied online and asked for documents to be emailed, the confirmation number you get comes up as ot found\ when attempting to look up for updates, takes forever to get through to someone and once you do, the call drops or they hang up on you. This is frustrating after not hearing anything for weeks yet knowing that both your job and your QHP sent all documents. There needs to be a better call relay system and a better way to communicate or get updates instead of them auto hanging up on you.

Horrible customer service, you can’t even get through. I’ve called over 100 times and nothing! They need a better calling service. This is not ok.
