This store is so inviting and addicting. I can walk around over and over browsing stuff in this store for hours. It has a calming effect on me. It’s so clean and refreshing. Everything is put together so nicely. Makes me wanna buy stuff and decorate my place like they do. This is a dream place for sure. Friendly staff and always available to help.

Cool store, pretty decor, but dang the employees I’ve met there are horrid. Snooty as all get out. Maybe that’s what they are going for? 2x been treated poorly. Was hoping the 1st time was a fluke but apparently not. Maybe I wasn’t wearing a nice enough watch I guess... won’t be returning
Crate and Barrel is a store that is a joy to shop in. The merchandise is so nice and the employees are so helpful and nice. I always leave happy.
