I recently purchased a keg washer from these guys and I can honestly say the the washer and service are second to none. I contacted Marc Gottfried their sales representative and was astounded by his knowledge of, and commitment to, the craft brew industry. We ordered the washer and within a week we had it personally delivered by Marc himself (because we were local). He took the time to explain all of its features and help us set it up. They even have access to industrial suppliers of all the equipment you could ever need to set up shop as professional brewer.

Crawford is top notch when it comes to service and quality of their equipment. We have a 15 barrel brew house from them, along with 4 tanks, 2 serving tanks, and an automated keg washer. The brew house is almost foolproof. The quality of the equipment is awesome, and everything was made in America, only a couple hours away from where our brewery is. We had a little trouble with somethings(being brand new it's to be expected) but Keith, KC, Marc and the team is there whenever, from emails to phone calls to physically coming up and troubleshooting, they are there to help. I am extremely happy with the system, and can't recommend Crawford enough for all your brewery needs.
