I called Jordan to troubleshoot our a/c in February of 2020. They sent Joel, who was very friendly and got it running again but warned us the problem may come back. Cost was a very reasonable 79. It went out again and they sent Chuck, who was also very friendly. Chuck did some troubleshooting and identified a part that was faulty, ordered a replacement and gave us a temporary fix until part arrived. Cost was 500. I wasn’t real happy about the cost but was relieved we would have it fixed. I was wrong. It went out a third time and so they sent Carmine. Carmine probably didn’t realize we have cameras with audio and I was listening to him be an arrogant jerk to my wife who was home alone with a 2 year old and an infant. I was so disgusted with what I was hearing that I left work and came home, and he was a different person around me. This time they charged me 1,281 to replace a faulty control wire, and that was to drill a hole in the side of my house and run it outside in plain sight from the street, because they said they couldn’t run the wire inside the hollow wall for some reason. With a warm house, a toddler, and a baby, I felt I had no choice and I wasn’t happy. They wouldn’t refund or credit the previous 500 I paid them to replace a part I didn’t need, and the 1,281 included a “discount” for buying into their preferred customer program, which came with free filters. Filters arrived a week later and despite 4 technicians being in our house to see the filter size, they sent me a box of worthless filters that were the wrong size. At this point I’d almost rather just go buy my own filters than have to call them back. First picture is the mess of garbage (scrap wiring they removed, blown fuses they kept popping in, wire ties, etc.) they left behind in my attic. Second picture is the bill: 1,860 total over three trips, including 500 for a part I didn’t ultimately need and the necessity for me to clean up after them. Not exactly a good value.

Samantha is always so thorough and concise. She takes her time and does not rush! She got to the bottom our problem, went over her observations, explaining each of the findings and provided options that we could take to rectify the problem. We were indeed pleased and satisfied with her service today!!!
