My time spent with my grandson who studies at this school 3-4x per week have led me from sitting and watching to joining in with the Tai Chi classes offered. I’ve found that this academy is more about quality than quantity and it shows up in every staff member. They take time with their student/me to explain the right way of doing this art form. I enjoy the class and the students who I’m in class with are as friendly and caring as is the school. I’m looking forward to the exercise, discipline and of course the health benefits. Thank you to all my teachers ️
