Crd fired 2 project managers that were working on our house during the time we used them. We were not told they were fired we found out on our own. They threw away several dumpsters of our personal belongings and “ could not download” any of the photos they took of everything. So we lost a lot of items and have no proof we ever had them. Absolutely horrible experience. After having a large house fire to have a company that is supposed to help you out wind up making your situation even worse is awful.

The estimator showed up early, which caused me to miss him, coming home from work. Needed over 12 hours to reply with a quote via email. Quote was much greater than competitors.
CRD Mold Fire Water is a great company and has IICRC certified staff. The mold remediation services are superior and top notch.
